Is it possible tplf is running wild in Oromiya and to frame pp government and Oromiya?

Also, is this the coordination of Tplf and Shabia to frame Oromiya region and pp government by attacking priests. Plus zemedkun group do this to over throw the government. Who is going to be replaced?
