Kenyan President William Ruto is behaving badly towards DIA

First, Isaias Afwerki was not received at Jomo Kenyatta airport as a head of state, he was then told to wait at least 24 hours before he can see & participate in 20 minutes bilateral talks with President Ruto at State House in Nairobi, DIA is trying to get out of isolation but this is humiliation.
