Terrorist tplf partnering with criminals and plundering Tigray

Military convoys are being used in broad daylight to rob houses in tplf controlled Mekelle. Tplf vermin are behind it. Otherwise how can military vehicles be used in criminal activity? Before they used to blame Eritreans but now it is crystal clear that the culprit is tplf.
