TPLF has to have an ideology that brings fast modernization and wealth to each Tigrayan to the world class standard over the next 30 years. Tigray should have a vibrant democracy , an economic model that eliminates subsistence farming, an independent civil servant which is not affiliated to any political party, free press, individual rights, and an independent judiciary
