Tigray did not start the war but the following are the achievements:
- TPLF recognized as a mover and shaker of the Horn Africa and reselected as a strategic partner of peace in the Horn of Africa. To that effect Abiy was advised by the USA, AU , EU & UN to reconcile with TPLF and work as a partner.
- Regiume change in Eritrea already decided by USA, EU, AU and UN
- Tigray has successfully defended it's sovereignity and unique identity as per the Ethiopian Constitution.
Isaias and Amhara forces are the main losers of this war because , Isaias has squandered the opportunity that was given to him by UN and the superpowers to work with Ethiopia and stabilize the Horn of Africa but Isaias did the opposite and he is now under watch for regiume change . The Amhara forces will never get Welkait and Raya but an allied Tigray/ Oromia shall keep them under check and most likely the Amhara state will be disintegrated to four pieces.

The truth is we all know you lost the fckn war you waged not once but three times! Now you have no hope left and the human resource to fight anymore so you surrendered to your enemy then you called it a peace deal, all just to appear alive to your stupi'd people.
Now we know you can't fight anymore and we all know OLF is bunch of gays who can't fight. So how do you plan to defeat Amara then? Call your fernji masters?
