If there were constitution, law and order ( in fact a functional government), Addis Ababa could sue or legally challenge the so-called "Oromiya region" for stealing her other historical name called Sheger. Addis Ababa city having legal personality has the right to sue anyone using its name. This very illegal. In any case, this is just another show of the extent how silly OLF-thugs are.
