When Did A Name TULU Become An Amhara?

I have heard news a few days ago about the recent closed meeting of Amhara PP. In the meeting, head of communication minister Legesse TULU , surprisingly a member of Amhara PP leadership was chastising Amharas by saying "Amhara malazen ena malekakes yiwedal". No wonder bednu beaden (as Tog Wejale correctly refer to them) has been accused of infested by a group of opportunist individuals who has little to none Amhara ethnicity.
Tulu is a typical oromo name as Hagos is a Tigrean.
