UN General Assembly (UNGA) rejected once again Ethiopian Government's continued acts of blocking funding for the International Commission of Human Rights Experts on Ethiopia (ICHREE), and thus independent investigation into all atrocity crimes committed in Tigray and thus hold perpetrators accountable .
