Yes Sir, according to the Pretoria agreement. But I think Keshi Debretsion is also begging the Prime Minister to be the leader of the transitional administration by bribing "a very special thanks to the Prime Minister Dr. Abiy !!!" I am not sure if it is going to work from Keshi Debrits though
