I have always been fond of the history of Israels and the country's ability to defeat all its Arab neighbors against all odds. Above every thing, what I admire about Israel most is, the leadership are held accountable to their action. For instance, When the Israeli security establishment failed to predict and forecast the Egyptian-Syrian invasion in 1973, the Israeli public was in uproars because of the big number of casualties (2500 soldiers) who were sacrificed to defend the country. The people spat on the then former Defense minister Moshe Dayan face and demanded his resignation as well as other ministers. This is the relationship between the subjects and leadership every respected country should aspire to emulate yet, here is weizero fuxxcked up claiming that the dictator is "MANA" to the Eritrean society despite the people are treated like semi-slave serf.
Leaders are judged by their legacy and the foundation they leave for the next generation to build on. Could weizero Fucked up, tell us what is the legacy the dictator is leaving to the Eritrean society except a recipe to have another dictator who can control the country with iron fist? Furthermore, except the Eritrean Defense force, what are the pillars the dictator is leaving behind for the country to function as a normal respected country among nations? Do we have an independent judiciary, media or Parliament?

Re: "Self actualization" of the dictator
The Israelis for sure have a check balance relationship. It’s a democracy an ethno democracy never thé less a democracy. If some one. F. ocks up. Some one needs to take the fall it always look like that when the watergate scandal happens the the then sitting us president had to resign. The problem with there are no state institution well atleast not a normal one there is no Supreme Court to uphold the country constitution independent from the executive branch. The president in Eritrea runs everything the army are his personal guard . And there is no constitution at all this troubling also the patriotic dictator believes in outdated communists philosophy the world moved on from. This is also problematic to say the least

Deqi,
I always respect your honestly and general good will/good intentions.
But is will to compare Israel and a place like Eritrea. The Israelis were highly educated society. So much so that Hitler used to say that Germans were being ruled by foreign Jews. A quarter of doctors, scientists, lawyers, professors etc were Jews in Germany. By contrast in Eritrea at independence most people were illiterate and many hungry, etc.
Whatever your point can’t use Israel as benchmark.
