Is Aby trying to restart Amhara-Tigray War

After sitting with Joe Biden ending the NoMore movement Oromian Regime Leader Aby is seeking to restart Amhara-Tigray War.
We know now his war is political game he has taken of his mask in AA showing that he is a tribalist and is dividing Ethiopians intentionally.
He has also refused to address welkait as Amhara Region and says the Welqayte speak broken Amharic and broken Tigrinya thus he believes Welqayt should be independent Kilil this view is held by Oromians thus he has showed us he is not for Alamata Raya and Welkayt Freedom
Amharas should not fight without Purpose but rather consolidate rule over liberated areas that are Amharan in culture
As last time when Amharas helped to defeat TPLF we were told to leave Tigray. So what is the purpose of Amharas liberating Mekele? Let us wait to 2016 and 2017
