Here are the cons I've noticed first.

Eritrea could be a developed country after it declares its independence. It’s geography is conducive for that, but since moron is ruling the country and the young generation is full of illiterates, no one attempts to fight back the primitive rat PIA . Oromia is not a conducive region to declare independence; there could be a wide spread civil war among the ethnics, boarder demarcation would be a problem, etc. Diaspora Oromos are just using the slogan as scare tactic.

I think the only viable killil to be an independent state is the mighty and fat Tigray Republic
