Is Ethiopia unwilling or unable to remove Eritrean forces from Tigray?
If it is the former,Addis is violating the COHA.
If it is the latter, then, it should announce Eritrean aggression and seek support from the UNSC to reverse it. There is nothing in between,except prevarication.

Now if I (Sun) ask you how you are going to spend your time barking day and night if the so called "Eritrean Forces" are evacuated? My guess is that you (tplf) might feel so lonely and die from boredom for lack of hot activities and favorite prime topics as a result of which it may dare again to shoot rockets at Eritrean cities because that seems to be the language of your official invitation card for verbal and physical duelings.
Please just take the generous peace offer and let the dust to settle down so that the good Tigryan people to have the peace they need most and become healthy, wealthy and happy forever to come.
