Abiy was able to charm the snake Isaias over the last 4 years and use him against TPLF and Tigray. Once the Peace Agreement is signed with TPLF,. Snake Isaias is no more important and if allowed to survive he is going to try to bite Abiy. Therefore, Abiy has to immediately deal with Isaias and remove him from power in coordination to TPLF/TDF
