I think Dr Tedros Adanho's uncle is killed while fighting for TPLF against Ethiopian and Eritrean Defence forces.
Anybody who is dead while fighting others can not be said "murdered ".

The guy kept painting Eritreans with a bad picture at the international level. I suspect his next tweet 3-4 days later will go like "when i was a child Eritrean soldiers molested and deep throated me and i got hooked into it till some westerner did it to me"
