I the current proxy war of the USA and its puppet westerners it will come to the decision of that choice.
If the USA and its tentacles are desperate which they will eventually will start nuclear war against Russia and consequently 60% of the world population will be lost.
So according to this American colonel, Russia needs to save the world and takes its gloves off and destroy Ukraine with its entire 37 million innocent Ukrainians which are hoodwinked by their clownish leader Zekenski who is gambling with its own people for the USA and west’s interests.
