Last November they had their hopes high that Abiy would lose to Tigray Rebels and that they would be carried to Arat Kilo.
The Shenes thought TPLF would save them
the issue is TPLF is made up of Habeshas how can Shene rely on Habesha to die for them and do all the fighting for them?
thus the alliance between TPLF and Shene is null and void its ground base alliance will never recover from the defeat of December 2021
