In whose hands is the Destiny of Amharas in wollega and benishagul?

Neither the Oromo regional government nor the federal government is taking the responsibility of ensuring the safety of Amharas in wollega.
Both are using “ it is not only the Amharas but oromos are getting killed too” excuse as if the repeated massacre of Amharas should not be a central issue to blame the government’s failure to protect citizens (deliberate or otherwise).
What will be the destiny of Amharas in wollega and benishagul at current situations where the
Perpetrators are given the green light to massacre exclusively Amharas?
The Amhara regional government is basically impotent and turned blind eye on the continuing
massacre of Amharas.
