The 1st Ethiopian flag was designed by Emperor Yohannes and the modification was done during PM Meles time. Ethiopian flag is a gift of Tigray to Ethiopia , similarly the Great Ethiopian Reinasance Dam is a gift of Tigray to Ethiopia
