They are spent lives, who remain burden on the society, he added.

I can only think of Horsu of this forum, who remained unproductive the whole of his life and assume very much that he didn't get a balanced diet during his infant life and later!

Ay Horsu, you became so tribalist to the extreme and now you can see everything through the lense of tribalism only, unfortunate for your በልጅነት የቀጨጫ ጭንቅላት .
Neither the former PM nor I indicated or implied somewhere that the problem is specific to this or that ethnic group in the country. If it is , then it can only be attributed to a social class of wealth.

you are quick to defend yourself under the cover of your ethnicity, well I have not claimed anything in this regard and don't need to respond here.
