Mereja forum must remove duplicate/fake A/C

This forum can prevent fake /duplicate a/c by making registered mobile/cell phone number a requirement in addition to email address.
Accounts can be activated ONLY via SMS rather than email. Not too many people have more than one active cell/mobile number.
Periodic confirmation request to continue using the discussion forum.
At least the annoyance can be greatly reduced.
watch the woyanes and PP cadres disappear.
