The Pretoria agreement is the absolute best TPLFites are going to get. That is why their leadership is trying hard to sell it to their rank and file. The delusional rank and file believed the fantasy Getachew Reda was selling them about their non stop victories and now they're shocked/confused they cannot understand that if they've been winning this whole time why sign the Pretoria agreement which is basically a surrender? The populace of Tigray don't really care they just want the fighting to stop.
