qaranki Soomaaliyeed is the same: means somali tribe or ethnic only it means Your tribe or ethnic. Z qaranki means yours female/male
wadanki Soomaaliyeed: Wadanki comes from z arabic word Watani which also means my country for female
wadanka Soomaaliyeed?: means your country from arabic word watani only 4 a male. Stupid agame who wants 2 be a somalilander or jubalander. Somalia is 1 and it shall remain 1 4 ever.

I think qaranka Soomaaliyeed means Hager Somalia.

Somali and Arabic language have wild relationship so if you speak Arabic, you can understand 30% if not more but requires bit of intro 101.

Qaran is nation and is related to qaarad/qaara (continent) القارة

Somali nation - qaranka (the nation), qaranki (the nation but specific in this case the Somali nation). When we say ki compared to ka, it's specific thing that's known compared to qaranka could be any nation.

Qaranka means nation but it can also mean empire
For example when used in a sentence it’s qaramads midoodbay the nations that have United . Tarik is confusing it with quruun which means tribe or something along that line that word is derived from Arabic I believe. But qaran is hundred percent somali. It the same with beel ama beesha. Beel doesn’t mean clan or tribe. But it means community .

We have in Tigrigna too hager ( Nation ) and ahgur ( Continent ) from the same orign. I use in my writings in Tigrigna the word " mahger " to mean diaspora.

The song of Atewe ( like ata in Arabic ) Birhan ( " burhan " the Arabs borrowed it from us just like musHaf ) Segid ( of semitic origin ) roughly translated says :

Moqadisho ( there ) in the coast of the Somali Nation
With long tradition of democratic system and rule !!

The great Eritrean artist from Deqi teshim ( the sons of teshim)/Hamassien used Teref ( طرف ) in his song because when you travel to Somalia from Eritrea passing through Ogaden in Ethiopia to reach Muqdisho your final destination faces the Indian Ocean.
