Technical legal issues on the peace Agreement signed in South Africa!

- Who gave Getachew Reda the Power of Attorney to sign the agreement? The Tigray government( signed by the President) or TPLF?
- Most probably Getachew Reda was given power of attorney from the Tigray government
- In that case the agreement could be amended to reflect the party to the agreement is " The Tigrayan government led by TPLF party"
- That closes the case once and for all.
- If the Power of Attorney given to Getachew Reda was by the TPLF party, no need to amend the agreement. TPLF cannot raise the issue at this stage.
