Based on your comment you seem to be just a one dimensional wishful thinking paranoid parrot fool! For your information tplf existed even before the current constitution. You seem to be a person with very simple mind prescribing over simplified lazy dude solution for complex problems.

All what is needed is that the tplf respects and implements the peace agreement 100% and beyond so that the people (Tigryans and other Ethiopians) including Eritreans may get out of the stressing war hysteria and all the troubles attached to war and violence.

Right now to be honest it is better to embrace the granted grand peace and enjoy life openly in which case there is no need for hiding. The hidings have been there far too long but now there is real chance to walk free and enjoy life with out needing to antagonize other Ethiopians and Eritreans.

You don't understand the simple logic of political system called democracy, which simply states the majority rules. This is the abc of democracy, but you are light-years away from the simple concept.

Forget about Ethiopia, but take any othere country in the world that is governed by a democratic system. Chances are that in the random country there are many people, possibly including those in power, who would like to change the constitution but they are unable to do just that.

Just because someone is a PM or in power doesn't mean that body is also in a position to amend or even disgard the constitution, like you are openly calling for.
