1. The ceasing of hostilities
2 The commitment of Bilgina to the withdrawal of EDF/FANO from the region, though neither terrorist TPLF nor Bilgina has defined the border of this "region".
Ther rest of the stipulations on the document are nonsense to terrorist TPLF leaders. They just wanted time and space to breath. Once they recuperate, they will be back to where they left off. You can't teach an old dog a new trick.

Any way you look at it, though, terrorist TPLF is not going to avoid the inevitable. It can delay its doom but can't avoid it. Its future is cast in stone.

Why not? If you are knowledgeable in training Dogs and can use positive and negative motivational experimental methods (carrots & Sticks). Means that you give the Dog some tasks to perform in some given experimental manners. If the Dog performs correctly you reward the dog with some gifts which Dog loves, for example a good piece of beef (Xire Siga). When it performs wrongly you offer no reward at all. And not to have a reward means is painful punishment situation from the Dog's point of view whether the Dog is old, young, male or female. Naturally the Dog will always perform the given tasks which brings juicy rewards and avoids any task which may not bring delicious rewards. So this also means that you need to avoid deterministic decisions before exploring various alternatives.

Anybody who thinks terrorist TPLF is peace loving is kidding themselves. After all, the organization's flag is decorated with an Ak-47.
