Has the term "Tigray Combatants" ever been conclusively defined in the agreement document? If not, one can't impute his or her own definitions; for that matter, it could be a totally meaningless term referring to no one identifiable entity in Tigray society

That option is off the table. ENDF will not be able to enforce anything in Tigrai except chasing out Col. Demeke Z’s soldiers. That alone will start a new round of conflict.
PP has now a breathing room to focus in Wellega.
So they think. The TPLF needs at least a year to regroup with a different strategies.

This crisis is not over by any stretch of imagination.

Some Arabs - Palestinians and others - blame the Palestinian negotiator for not paying attention to some details during the signing of the Oslo accord. The Israelis inserted THE ( article ) in the document to stress difference between withdrawing from THE lands and lands( any lands ).
