According to the agreement, a joint committee will be set up, which will coordinate the disarmament of TPLF/TDF fighters and oversee the reintegration of them into the society.
Both parties have pledged to allow unhindered humanitarian access and guarantee the safety of civilians.

According to the modalities of disarmament signed by ENDF & TPLF/TDF commanders, the disarmament of heavy weapons shall be completed until the end of this month followed by ENDF entering Mekele and controlling all federal facilities in Tigray.
