Travel to Israel is just a camouflage like his military uniform, otherwise he might have been heading to Kenya to shout at the negotiators as to why he is not allowed to be part of the negotiating team as a self appointed strong man.

Luckily the negotiators new something fishy and closed the negotiation meetings and place to the public including journalists. So, the fish might have been helped to creep out of the water and suffered walking on dry streets. "Fool me once shame you; fool me twice shame on me" some one might say and keep G.T. Mammo qilo miles away.
