This is the new manifesto Template or guidelines Tigray leaderships have to follow.
1. By pass the Amhara ethnic for everything Tigray does and plans in the future.
This plan will serve Tigray very well than wasting so much time about Amhara and Amhara politics and hate mongering. They are taking the country backward as they did for generations, living with Amhara is a liability to Tigray than an asset moving forward and Tigray has to recognize that and ignore them. They are many ways to punish Amhara as they have been working to hurt and destroy Tigray and Tigrayans identity. No more forced citizenship with Amhara, enough for Tigray people. This is the time Tigray to make the most decisive move to save Tigray, friendship and respect has to be mutual and has to come from both sides not just one side. The Amhara relationship with Tigray ended when the Amhara decided to stop the Abay Dam construction for the benefit of all Ethiopians. Amhara decided not to have Abay dam built by Tigray leadership and they are advocating Egypt to use the water than Ethiopia. This is the end for any Tigrayan to be called Ethiopiawi with Amhara ethnic. The last thing all Tigrayans whispering about Amhara motives has been displayed on the open and Tigray does not have hesitated to change its focus from the Amhara people.
2. Bring to an end the stalemate Tigray and Eritrea a decisive resolution.
Any Tigrayan thinks to accomplish anything without resolving the cancer from their own body is the biggest morons in this planet. There is not hope to do any kind of business with Shaebia because if Shaebia cannot have any sympathy what is going on in the life of Eritreans around all borders then any Tigrayans to think Tigray can work with Shaebia is simply no word to explain it. We have been witnessing who the real Tigrigna speaking Eritreans are and they have done everything in their power and showed us what they can do to Tigray. There is nothing Tigray to expect from them and wait for Shaebia. Tigray has to go to war first and remove Shaebia from power and empower each of the major ethnic Eritreans first and deal the Tigrigna speaking people last and they will come home for their own safety not for the love of Tigray period. This is the exact time Tigray to move against Shaebia because Tigray absorbed so many bombes and other Shaebia SHITARA to unseat Tigray from power for the last 15 years and the long term investment Tigray put has to earn them right not by removing Shaebia from power. Shaebia does not have any power to fight and make any damage to anyone at this point, it is a matter of walking and organizing along the routs our force marching. Tigray has to bring the nine ethnic Eritreans with them and let them organize their people and control as the Ethiopian forces marches to dismantle Shaebia. Arm each the nine ethnic and control their regions and let them work it out with whom the smaller ethnics want to live in peace. The Tigrigna speaking people are about 500 to 700K populations and they are not interested to live in the region anymore and open the doors for them to join the 3M people around the world and reshape Eritrea once for all. Tigray fought and won against EDU, ELF, EPRP, OLF, ONLF, DERG, AL SHEBAB and it is time for shaebia to be treated by the same medicine at the right dose to suffocate her once for all. Remember Shaebia was responsible for the death of one million people of Tigray in 1984-85 by refusing aid to come to the victims people house from Sudan and Tigray exposed to death, do not forget Tigraway this and when they taught they are the toughest kids around the block and they bombed elementary school without any warnings or provocations from Tigray yet all Eritreans Tigrigna speaking danced around the street of the world and contributed everything they got to destroy Tigray at the time.
12. Train and arm Tigray youth across Tigray.
Tigray has to show its military capability and strength by arming units in different part of Tigray but as civilians and do their daily work not to be hindered by it. Those are called civilian core to be used at any time ready-made forces.
16. Isolate Amhara from the rest of ethnics.
Amhara is the real enemy of Tigray and Tigray should do everything weaken them and if they try to go after the interest of Tigray then they should be dealt harshly. Empower the Agew people in Amhara region and they keep the Amhara busy over there. My strongest emphasis is any Tigrayan who loves Tigray and Tigrayans should not contemplate to consider Amhara is the friend and good citizen with Tigray. Tigray should wash that attitude from your brain and look for different directions.
