Why is Isaias holding Ethiopian Army in Tesenei exactly as predicted by Getachew Reda?

It seems that Abiy has not paid the bill for saving his [deleted] in the last round of the war. Isaias is holding Ethiopian soldiers as hostages until Ethiopia pays the invoice from Eritrea. Holding hostages is one of the main elements of Shaebia's modus operandi.

Let me tell you what happened to a relation of mine in September in Asmara. He has 3 children and a pregnant wife. He is a member of Eritrean Army from national service. Last few years, he overstayed his leave in Asmara and refused to return to the fronts following to the start of the Tigray War in August. They came to his house and his pregnant wife told them she does not know where he is and she assumes that he is with his army. Then they told her she is lying and they closed the house (ተዓሺጉ) and imprisoned her with her little child. The other two kids are staying with neighbors. He will hand himself soon now that the war seems over.
