The signed Peace Agreement requires detailed explanation jointly or independently by both the Ethiopian government and TPLF legal experts to avoid any confusion by the public including the diaspora. It is vital to all Ethiopians to be informed about the Agreement so that every body contributes it's part toward it's implementation and to restore peace in Ethiopia.
No Ethiopian including Tigrayans are interested to contuinue with a self destructive war unless they are serving the interest of Eritrea or other internal or external anti-Ethiopia forces. For peace to be restored both the Ethiopian government and TPLF are required to abide by the constitution and that is why the TPLF has to disarm and the Ethiopian government also has to restore the constitutional order of Tigray including removing Eritrea and Amhara forces from Tigray constitional territories ( including Humera , Welkait, Raya etc) and facilitating the return of displaced people including refuges in Sudan or elsewhere.
For those Tigrayans who are demanding for independent Tigray( I am not one of them) , the existing Ethiopian consitition has a very clear process toward that and it does not require armed conflict to contuinue to test( through referendum) if their demand is supported by the great majority of the Tigrayan people.
