What do you expect? Abiy Ahmed and Ethiopia will use all instruments available to complete TPLF's agreement of surrender. This Disarmament and Demobilization R (DDR) agreement stipulates that surrender must be completed within 30 days.

But it is international war crime and the ICC has the mandate to prosecute the war crime.
