Isaias boy ,
He was appointed to Eritrea in July 2018 and his credentials we're received after a year and half in December 2019 just before he was transfered to Addis Ababa in January 2020. Practically speaking Redwan was not accepted through out his term. It was a disrespect to Ethiopia and to Ambassador Redwan to wait such long time to be accepted by Isaias
