Presidents Sadaat,Mubarek and now al sisi are all have one thing in common - building ghost cities,sand cities .
Unlike Ethiopia , Egypt gets support from rich middle eastern countries.

Not an excuse but in a desert climatic condition, delay is not an option. The adverse weather condition requires well-planned and fast-track construction execution.
