Yes, but I'm afraid the other party doesn't exist anymore. I know this is the biggest surprise but TPLF doesn't exist anymore.

TPLF is a highly respected & heavy weight party that brought the world to South Africa for the Peace Agreement with Ethiopia and it's is going to stay for decades from now , to the extent the Tigrayan people wants it to stay. The only disadvantage for TPLF is Tigray is not a country but Ethiopia is and that automatically tilts the negotiation power in favour of Ethiopia as reflected in the Agreement.

The shermuxa could have obtained the same terms which it signed in Pretoria in 2020 before she took the adventure which killed more than 100000 Tigrian kids.
