I thought Tigrai won the war according to TPLF and TPLF360 
according to Thomas/Domas Hagos Humera and Alamata has been handed to Adwa Juntas.
last year abiy allowed TPLF to occupy Tach Telemt, Wolfa, Alamata, Azebo this year Amhara won back last disputes
