They know what awaits them; those who don't comply, so based on their reputation, will surrender before even asked.

As always, the agame will create an Amhara, Afar or Eritrean boogeyman to justify their refusal for laying down their arms, in contravention to the peace agreement they signed with all ten fingers dipped in ink. This will force the Ethiopian government to take measures, the likes of which the agame have never seen before.
