The part about federal authority over Tigray, plus transitional government in Tigray until election is held by the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE)

Kicking the Shabbo out from Tigray might require a new war with Asmara. We know PIA wanted all Tegaru dead, looted, displaced and raped.
Tigray territory remains.
Only the coward Amhara will join Asmara and they will be over run in few hours.
The next stage is set. Galla PM was rescued by Turks and Asmara and now he threw the Shabbos under the bus who sent 600,000 malnourished troops into Tigray if not more.
