Total surrender!!
I have read the full text of the peace agreement. Setting aside whether it will be implemented, the full agreement can only be summarized that the TPLF has surrendered. The only thing that they get out of the agreement is the resumption of basic services and TPLF may have the chance to continue as toothless regional political party. They have agreed to disarm both heavy and small weapons within 1 month. They even agreed to form transitional regional government under the supervision of the federal government. Mind you they were labeling 'Banda' for any Tigrayan who suggested transitional government in Tigray. The agreement can only be explained that the TPLF believes there is no other way out of this mess they have created. If implemented, it will be best for peace in our region. The big question is TPLF has null credibility.
