The only agreement that they have accepted to agree seems the disarmament of TPLF. If TPLF is disarmed then it is natural to see the cession of war of course.

Exactly! And I think this is a smart move by the TPLF leadership. TDF is being disarmed as we speak anyway and if the war continues no leader may come alive out of it. With this disarmament agreement at least the leadership can save their lives. Sad for the hundreds of thousands of lives though!

Lets hope that will be the case. No agreement is holy for TPLF. How that will be implemented and how long it will take will be the factor that will make the difference.
