Abiy's government is not Ethiopian government per se. It is the government of "Ethiopia Minus Tigray". Ethiopian government is a government of 10 regional states, but Abiy's government is "a government of 10 minus 1". And everybody know 10 is not equal to 9! Arithmetic is true. It’s true because it’s testable. It’s true because it’s timeless, past and present and future are the same. We know that it try to act as the government of Ethiopia, but you and I know it is a government of Ethiopia minus Tigray. And, you and I know know that:

The federal government is a government setup by all federal states / regions. Tigray recalled its representatives from the federal parliament when the duration of that parliament expired in October 2020. After October 2020 Tigray has not been represented in Ethiopian political infrastructure. The parliament stopped becoming the parliament of Ethiopia - it became a parliament of Ethiopia Minus Tigray.
After the start of the war, Abiy imprisoned all ethnic Tigrayan members of the former ENDF. Now the Ethiopian army that is fighting TDF is not ENDF, it is called E minus T NDF (or E-T NDF). That is NDF of the 9 states / regions of Ethiopia, and TDF is NDF of the 1 state / region of Ethiopia. Numbers don't lie. Very simple. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication! The first time Ethiopia is represented in one table, after October 2020, is when the Government of Tigray and the Government of the other 9 regions sat down to negotiate in South Africa.
