Was allowing the Junta leadership designated as terrorists to leave the country with the help of the US justifiable ? What is the value of the Ethiopian parliament ?

As long as Uncle Sam is having free access to this areas to expect closure of this mess is unthinkable.

Correct. As a smart Eritrean you wouldn't accept, if someone were to threaten you with a common cold, to settle for the common cold when you know the next instrument of threat is Covid-19. That is the different between us and others. We are farsighted.

That should be a common practice of thinking I presume. Even the thought of having a dialog with TPLF if is not for the purpose of cover, if they really mean it, that would be ..........!
