I think he is a happy man in a way. He and his clique caused the death of thousands of people and the government is willing to talk to them. You shouldn't also forget that the Americans violated or were allowed to violate the Ethiopia airspace to take him and his terrorist friends to a comfortable hotel in South Africa.
Getchu is enjoying himself and doesn't care a lot about the hundreds of thousands of dead Tigrayans. Like in Brazil they are considered garbage people,rats!!!
