When you watch it first, it looks like the anti aircraft artillery is rotating 360 degrees to get a perfect angle to bring a fighter jet down. When you look at the other guy sitting on his own you can tell that these guys are there for a photo op and not in a battlefield. Weyanes are really funny creatures.
