Note: if Ethiopia allow the top leaders of Tplf to escape, Ethiopia is defeated

These leaders if they escape, they are taking Ethiopia's sectret they know with them. This means the government or Ethiopia has lost by still allowing the head of snake to escape. They can be settle in Ethiopia under heavy survellence and must reveal what they know for the integrity of Ethiopia.
