Isayas' plan to unify Amhara, Tigray, and Eritrea without TPLF leadership has been endorsed by the Ethiopian prime minister.
Nonetheless, the TPLF favors the reunification of Eritrea and Tigray as a single entity, with Abiy receiving the vast Oromo region as reparation.
