Nothing is going to be decided on, what we have here is a post decision activity and clean-up operation, in the post-processing phase. Nothing is to be reversed from here on. The next 36 hrs are part of the post-processing.
The decisive hours have been those when the ragtag declared the current round of the war on Ethiopia in the last August.
