ልምድ ያካበተና ጎበዝ የቀዶ ጥገና ሃኪም ቀዶ የሚሰፋው አንዴ ነው። ነገር ግን ያፍሪካ ቀንድ ሃኪሞች እንደ ራሻ ሃኪሞች በጥቅሉ “መቀሱን” እዚያው ታካሚው ሆድ ውስጥ ትተው ተሽቀዳድመው በመስፋት ለሁለተኛ ግዜ ቀዶ ጥገና በማድረግ ይታወቃሉ። በመሆኑም ለሁሉም ያፍሪካ ቀንድ የቀዶ ጥገና ሃኪሞች፡ “ጓንታቸውን እዚያው ታካሚው ሆድ ውስጥ ረስተው እንዳይሰፉ” እና ለሶስተኛ ግዜ ቀዶ ጥገና ልናደርግ ነው ብለው ተደናብረው እንዳያደናብሩ ከወዲሁ "መቀስም ሆነ ጓንት ታካሚዎች ሆድ ውስጥ ረስተው ተሽቀዳድመው እንዳይሰፉ" ወቀሳ ቢጤ ምክር ያስፈልጋቸዋል፡ ላፍሪካ ቀንድ ሃኪሞች ባጠቃላይ።
