Finish this stupid war and move on and find something else to propagate.
A sieged rag tag militias with no airforce and supply shouldn’t take this long to wipe out.
Declare State of emergency - appoint interim leader- set a deadline to surrender with full amnesty- surrender with your weapons in exchange for amnesty and rehabilitation- a cash reward for those who captured the terrorists leaders and hand over for ENDF.
Close the war.
